I was just talking with my sister-in-law yesterday. She is repainting her kitchen and living room areas as a way to make a decorating change in her house without spending a lot of money. In our conversation, I asked her to borrow her nice curtain rod to put up in my living room. I purchase a few new curtains and now I will have a different look for little cash out. Sounds good to me!
So we began to talk about swapping different items in our households and wardrobes that we are tired of but are still in great condition that others would be grateful to have.
Why not do this swapping with purses? I know it is a bit different since the purse could get stained etc. But Coach purses are such a good quality that as long as you are swapping with a person that is reasonably responsible it should be fine. It is definetely worth some thought to give your accessories a bit of a lift for no money out of your pocket.
Here are a few guidelines -
1. Keep you absolute favorite Coach purse(s)
2. Agree at the beginning on the swap time period
3. Discuss usage concerns upfront and agree
4. Have a great time carrying a new to you Coach purse!
I think a purse should feel just right when you try it on. Just like a pair of jeans. When you find that perfect pair of jeans you really do not have to look in the mirror, but the pair just feels right as you zip them.
It is the same way with a purse. It has to feel just right on your shoulder, across your body, or in your hand. So it is pretty easy, if you are at the store holding different purses and trying them on. But here is a bit of challenge for online shoppers. But I wanted to let you know about a feature at the Official Coach website that solves this issue for you.
At the Coach webiste, you choose the style of purse you are interested in. Then you will see a 'try this bag on' button. Just choose that option. At the next the window choose the range of your height. You will then see a picture of what that purse would look on you from the side view.
To see this feature in action, I 'tried on' the Patent Zoe purse. So you can look to see how I would look in a Patent Zoe purse. I think I look stunning.
Just like people, handbags come in all shapes and sizes.
So when you are shopping for a Coach handbag you need to consider what size you need.
How very frustrating is it to buy a handbag to only find out that it does not fit all your needs. I bought a small cheap bag for all day shopping affairs to only find out that is was too small to hold what I needed. I just gave it to my daughter.
However, I find that those large bags if carried each day seem to just fill up. Then your handbag becomes very heavy and just forget trying to find anything.
So take my tips, so you can really use your handbags. Before you buy, know what you will carry. And I would suggest leave a little extra room for those little things that you may want to throw in. Also, do not fall into the category of having a number of handbags that are all the same size.
You NEED different size handbags with different styles. Coach handbags are accessories that complete your attire, not just finding something to 'work.'
Most people loves getting a deal. When it comes to buying designer purses, it is not different. I am sure you know that you can buy coupons online and find tons of 'free' coupons. (although I highly recommend you set up a separate email account as spam seems to follow those sites). You can buy Coach gift cards online Read the rest of this entry »
